Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Products that have been opened, used, tested, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible.
For hygiene and safety reasons, makeup and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Used or opened products

Products purchased during sale/discount events

Gift cards, free gifts, or promotional items

Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@fleo.com with:

Your order number
-
Product name
-
Reason for return

Unboxing video (required for damage claims)

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, your refund/exchange will be processed.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only if:

The product delivered was wrong, damaged, or defective

You provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue
If the requested replacement is out of stock, we may offer:

Store credit
-
Replacement with another product of equal value
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued as:

Original payment method (if applicable)
-
Store credit (in certain cases)
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product:

You must share a full unboxing video recorded from start to finish

Claims made without unboxing videos will not be accepted

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), FLEO will cover the return shipping.

If the return is due to customer preference, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if:

They have not been processed or shipped

A cancellation request is made within 2 hours of placing the order
Pre-paid order cancellation refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
