Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Shipping Timeline
Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary based on courier constraints, weather, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.

A standard shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499(calculated at checkout).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to get activated by the courier partner.
You can easily track your shipment using the link provided in your confirmation message.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please enter the correct shipping address at checkout. FLEO is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Failed delivery attempts by the courier

Packages marked as delivered but not received
If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, customers must pay re-shipping charges.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or part of the shipment is missing:

You must share a full unboxing video from start to end

Report the issue to us at support@fleo.com within 48 hours of delivery
Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If COD is offered:

COD charges may apply (visible at checkout)

Refusal of COD orders may result in suspension of COD service for future orders
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled if:

They have not been processed or shipped

Cancellation request is made within 2 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
